Billing & Cancellation
All billing is processed securely via our payment platform. BULKCHECK LLC does not store any card data. You will only be charged after selecting a plan at checkout.
Yes. All plans are available on a no-commitment monthly basis. Cancel anytime through your account dashboard. You retain full access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No. Unused verifications from one billing cycle do not carry over to the following period. Your quota resets automatically on your monthly renewal date regardless of usage.
Yes. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. The monthly equivalent price and total annual savings are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your subscription.
Verification pauses automatically once your monthly quota is reached. Your limit resets at the start of each new billing cycle. You may upgrade your plan at any time to increase your allowance.

Some mail servers accept all incoming messages regardless of address validity. BulkCheck flags these with a dedicated status code so you can make informed send decisions and avoid hard bounces.
Role-based addresses such as info@, admin@, and noreply@ belong to departments, not individuals. Sending to them raises spam risk. BulkCheck Growth automatically detects and flags all role addresses.
API & Integrations
No hard monthly cap applies. However, usage must reflect normal business operations. Automated abuse, API reselling, or abnormal traffic spikes violating our Terms of Service will result in suspension.
Webhooks push real-time verification results directly to your CRM or automation platform the moment processing completes. No manual CSV export needed. Ideal for automated list management workflows.
Plans & Upgrades
Yes. Upgrades take immediate effect and the billing difference is pro-rated automatically for the remainder of your active cycle. No service interruption occurs during the upgrade process.
Pro does not include a signed Data Processing Agreement by default. Business users requiring a formal GDPR DPA should contact our legal team directly or consider upgrading to BulkCheck Enterprise.
Pro subscribers get automatic access to all new BulkCheck tools at launch at no added cost — including phone number validator, bulk DNS/MX checker, social username checker, and bulk data cleaner.
Pro allows 3 named users under one account, each with individual login credentials. Verification quota is shared across all seats. Additional seats can be added by contacting our billing team.
Enterprise
Pricing is scoped per engagement based on verification volume, API requirements, team seat count, integration complexity, and SLA level. Contact us for a tailored quote within one business day.
Yes. A signed GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement is standard for all Enterprise clients, covering sub-processor obligations, data handling responsibilities, and cross-border transfer safeguards.
Reseller and white-label arrangements are exclusively available under Enterprise agreements and require a separate signed commercial agreement with BULKCHECK LLC prior to activation.
